D.E.W. Business Solutions was created when Diana White saw a gap in the Northern Arizona small business community. Small businesses were in need of coaching from someone they felt understood their current operational challenges and could provide guidance on building better relationships with their customers. ​

We believe every business owner should have access to tools, resources, and counseling that will help them operate more efficiently. Better operations and customer service lead to increased profits. Diana White brings over 30 years of expertise in sales, retail, consumer psychology, and marketing, making her a versatile and accomplished professional. In 2014, she founded D.E.W. Business Solutions, LLC, a consulting firm dedicated to empowering small businesses with strategic insights and tailored solutions. Through her partnership with White Mountain Economic Development, Diana leverages her experience and innovative thinking to help businesses achieve sustainable growth and success.
Diana’s career began with a distinguished 30-year tenure in retail, where she honed her skills in customer engagement and operational excellence. She later served as the Director for the Coconino County Small Business Development Center, where she championed small business success. Building on her passion for entrepreneurship, Diana collaborated with a technology incubator to design and implement entrepreneurial and business development curriculum, providing hands-on guidance to startups and small business owners through her work with Moonshot at NACET. As CEO of the Chandler Innovations Incubator, she continued her mission of fostering innovation and supporting businesses at every stage of growth.
Diana holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Arizona University and is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, SCRUM Master, and SHRM-CP. Her extensive experience and dedication to helping businesses thrive make her an invaluable resource for entrepreneurs and organizations seeking to excel in today’s competitive landscape.
